Brief:
This single-story double brick home was in need of a significant upgrade to modernise its appearance and functionality. The client provided pre-designed and approved plans, aiming to add more living space and improve this home’s overall aesthetic.
Outcome:
We constructed a first-floor addition featuring three new bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own private balcony. The ground floor was renovated to create an open-plan layout, seamlessly integrating a new kitchen and living space. Externally, the home’s façade was completely modernised with a rendered finish and stylish colour palette, while the front yard was enhanced with tiered landscaping to improve the home’s curb appeal.
