Brief:
This two-storey full brick Californian bungalow in North Parramatta lacked sufficient space for a growing family. The client wanted additional living space and a new master bedroom to meet their needs.
Outcome:
The renovation outcome is a beautifully transformed property. We designed and constructed a rear extension that provides a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for family gatherings and daily activities. The master bedroom was relocated to a new private retreat, complete with an en-suite and a balcony for added comfort and privacy.
